You also have the option to upgrade your free account to a paid Pro subscription at an exclusive partnership rate starting at only $595/year! A Pro subscription includes unlimited job postings to top job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.), 2-way applicant text messaging, and use of evaluation tools like personality assessments. You'll also have access to free one-on-one coaching within the first 30 days of upgrading.

Big I Hires
Big I Hires is a one-stop resource for independent insurance agencies to identify top-performing producers and CSRs. Tools are available to recruit, assess and retain top talent with a few simple clicks. The program is available to Big I members only. You will need your IIABA member ID and password to access the program.
