Events Committee
The Events Committee collaborates with staff to plan continuing education programs, networking opportunities, and the overall coordination of Big I Maryland’s annual conference and trade show. The committee also partners with IMPACT Maryland (Young Agents) and other members to create engaging and valuable events for all attendees.
The Legislative Committee monitors insurance-related legislation on behalf of members, helps shape the association’s policy positions, and guides fundraising and PAC disbursement efforts to support legislative initiatives.

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee provides strategic guidance to retain and expand an actively engaged membership. Members support Big I Maryland staff in onboarding new members and enhance engagement with existing members through targeted outreach programs.
