Big I Maryland was proud to recognize Nancy Nicklow of Huff Insurance during our 2026 Annual Conference & Showcase for her six years of service as Big I Maryland’s State National Director.
Since 2020, Nancy has represented Big I Maryland and Maryland’s independent insurance agents at the national level with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (Big I).
Throughout her tenure, Nancy has been a dedicated advocate for our association and our members. She has given her time, shared her experience, built relationships across the Big “I” network, and helped ensure Maryland’s independent insurance agents had a strong voice at the national level.
Her commitment has extended well beyond her national role. Nancy has also remained actively involved with Big I Maryland here at home, serving on our Board of Directors and contributing her experience, leadership, and time to support our association and its members.
While her term as Big I Maryland’s State National Director has come to an end, Nancy’s leadership within the Big “I” continues. She will serve as Chairwoman of the Big “I” Invest Committee, continuing her involvement and leadership at the national level.
During the Annual Conference, Big I Maryland presented Nancy with a plaque recognizing her service as State National Director from 2020 to 2026.
Six years of service represents a tremendous commitment, and we are incredibly grateful for everything Nancy has done on behalf of Big I Maryland and Maryland’s independent insurance agents.
Congratulations, Nancy, and thank you for six years of dedicated service and leadership. We look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in your continued national leadership!
